Willing to invest in yourself financially
to pay for premium services of a coach
to pay for high quality healthy foods and premium supplements
to pay for functional testing and diagnostic information
Willing to sacrifice comforts and discipline yourself
Cutting out alcohol, drugs and cigarettes
Cutting out grains, bread, and flour based products (cakes, biscuits etc.)
Cutting out vegan & vegetarian foods (Sean only works with those willing to follow ancestral, seafood/ meat-based diet)
Cutting out most fruit and carbohydrates*
*these can re-introduced seasonally on a specific, personalized and tailored basis.
Willing to receive specific instructions and execute them from an authority figure (coach) on a daily basis
